OCEAN VIEW PROJECT
This home design is starting with a house that has been gutted down to the framing. New windows, new roof, new hvac, new electric. The existing open loft has been eliminated by extending and finishing off the 2nd floor. The garage & structure above is an entirely new addition. The existing conditioned area is 2,492 s.f. the addition and renovations add 1,114 s.f. The final conditioned space is 3,606 s.f.
